This position is located with the Bureau of Indian Affairs, San Carlos Irrigation Project in Coolidge, Arizona.
The incumbent will plan, design, estimate, manage and provide accounting for assigned construction projects through sound and accurate engineering/designing, staking, and preparation of detailed job sketches/drawings and details in accordance with San Carlos Irrigation Project (SCIP) standards.
